The Wando High School Band Boosters are pleased to announce the 2012 Lowcountry Invitational Marching Band Festival to be held at the Wando High School Stadium, located on the old campus of Wando High School in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, on Saturday, October 6, 2012. The purpose of the Lowcountry Invitational Marching Band Festival is to provide a national-level music education and ajudication opportunity for all the music students who participate. Adjudicators are selected from among the finest music and visual educators in the United States. High school marching bands from 1A to 5A in the South Carolina Lowcountry, surrounding areas, and even neighboring states will be competing throughout the afternoon and evening, followed by an exhibition by the Wando High School Marching Band.
